Pelemis is known as a Deity with figure usually masculine in nature, appearing in the time of prosper, caring of low-lives and people of arts. He tends to all things that "bad", from stealing and cheating, to famine and war. He became a part of the Kella after the White Towers crisis, when his essence was uncovered from the ruins of one of the towers and merged into the Hathraan God-vault in the event later known as a "Merge war". It is currently unknown what he was patronizing before this event, but by his own words he was "an ever-growing vessel of knaving, set in motion". His name translates as "ill spirit of the road" (depending on how you put it, either "walking evil god" or "an essence of bad things on the move") from nekilaahnlar.
Known to appear as a slightly refracting misshapen dark cloud.
Known to appear in physical form in the Second Great March, but his role in the events is debatable.
His role in the Kella is to provoke the changes and encourage your "darker" side. After your death he will weight your goods, and if you've managed to balance them poorly by being "too bad" - you will serve under him for the time being.
